A founding experience. In Brussels, at the heart of the European institutions, my vocation for Europe begins on the threshold of true EU integration: in the heart of the European Commission, the Secretariat General, I come into direct contact with the EU establishment. It is here that the direction of my professional future takes shape.

I enter the world of lobbying and Europlanning, in the then largest and most international European agro-industrial group. I deal with the environment, EU funds, innovation in chemistry and agro-industry: fuels from renewable sources, biodegradable plastics. This is my first concrete contact with EU decision-making and financial mechanisms alongside companies.

I obtain a second-level postgraduate master's degree in English from the Vrije Universiteit Brussel. I delve into marketing, strategy and business planning in an international context, strengthening my skills to operate in Europe.

Began my collaboration with the University of Pisa, as an assistant professor of Industrial and Commercial Technology.

I become an adjunct professor of "Economics and Technique of Advertising," a position I will hold until 2008.
Mediterranean Studies Campus Foundation
Entrusts me with the contract chair of "Marketing of Tourism." It will be a fruitful and lasting encounter, both academically and professionally. A partnership that lasts to this day. I coordinate numerous applications, build partnerships, contributing to the growth of a solid and concrete culture of business strategy and planning.
Viareggio Carnival Foundation - Carnival Lab Academy
I become director of the Viareggio Carnival Academy, a project of higher education in the artistic entertainment professions. From 2022 I also coordinate the Carnival Foundation's European projects, combining tradition and innovation.
Design and management of Mediterranean Tourism Systems
I design, as an adjunct professor, a specific course for the Master's degree in "Design and Management of Mediterranean Tourism Systems" for the Campus Foundation, entitled "Analysis of Consumer/Tourist Behavior."
Corti Consulenza is born
I create my own sole proprietorship: an independent space to offer european planning, management and reporting services. A point of reference for organizations, foundations, municipalities, businesses and schools that want to grow through Europe.
Direction of the Puccini Festival Training Agency.
I take over as director of the training agency of the Puccini Festival Foundation in Torre del Lago, helping to build high cultural and professional training paths. A position that combines culture, territory and european planning.

A story made up of vision and listening
Corti Consulenza was born from a simple but ambitious idea: to put european planning at the service of territories, people and organizations that want to grow, innovate, collaborate.
It is a project that has taken shape over time, weaving together work experiences, professional meetings, travels between Italy, France, Brussels and many places more.
It was founded by Paolo Eugenio Corti, a European designer with a background in economics and a strong vocation for the public and collective dimensions of work. After years spent in private and public business, training, universities, management, Cultural and Creative Enterprises, he decided to build an independent space, capable of accompanying with care and expertise those who wish to approach European programs.
Not as distant consultants, but as fellow travelers.
