Corti Consulenza was born from the meeting of European experience, knowledge of territories and attention to people. After years spent between Brussels, business, university and cultural institutions, we chose to create an independent space dedicated to European planning, project management and reporting.
We work with public bodies, foundations, schools, businesses and third sector organizations that wish to grow through Europe. We always start with listening and a rigorous analysis of the context in order to transform real needs into concrete, sustainable proposals consistent with the priorities of European programs.
Each assignment is followed with a craftsmanship approach: we build light and competent teams, take care of the partnership, and accompany clients throughout the project life cycle. Not as distant consultants, but as fellow travelers, present and responsible at every stage of the work.

We coordinate the approved project, monitor activities and budgets, manage technical documentation, and ensure an orderly, transparent, and rule-compliant program path.
The Method
How we work, before the calls
Even before we choose a European program or open a form, we focus on people and contexts. Our work starts with questions, conversations, shared analysis. Only then can a project be truly necessary, understandable and sustainable over time.
Active listening
Each assignment begins with time spent listening. We meet with contacts, delve into the history of the entity, gather different points of view. This allows us to distinguish urgent needs from latent ones, priorities from what can wait. It is at this stage that we understand whether a European project is the right tool-and in what direction it makes sense to move.
Shared reading of the context
We move from comparison to data and documents: local strategies, European plans, past experience. It is not just a matter of gathering information, but of interpreting them together. The result is a common diagnosis of the problem and a clear definition of the areas in which to intervene, avoiding both overlaps and poorly targeted interventions.
Path construction
When the picture is clear, we begin to design the path. We identify the most suitable partners, distribute roles and responsibilities, and define activities and expected results. The project takes shape as a collective effort, not as a self-written text: everyone knows why they are involved and what contribution they are called upon to make.
Accompaniment over time
Our work does not end with the submission of the application. We stay by clients' side during implementation: we assist in managing activities, coordinating the partnership, monitoring objectives, and reporting. The goal is to keep the project orderly, legible, and consistent from inception to closure.
